Stainless Steel and Aluminum Panel Printing

The Moyan MY-2513G handles stainless steel and aluminum sign panels up to 3000×1000mm. The MY-3220G/SG extends this to 3200×2000mm for highway gantry signs and large directional displays. The Ricoh G5F industrial printhead delivers 720–1800 DPI resolution, sharp enough for fine-line warning symbols and small text on close-read panels.

For metal substrates, surface preparation includes degreasing, light abrasion if needed, and primer compatibility check. Moyan engineering provides a substrate spec sheet for each common signage metal so the firing curve and ink adhesion are correct from the first run.

Vinyl-applied highway signs typically need replacement every 5–7 years due to UV fading, edge lift, and abrasion damage. Screen-printed enamel signs last longer but require new screens for each design.
